James J. Rapp
President / Owner
Jim is the owner and founder of Rapp Construction Company Inc. and has been a state certified general contractor since 1980. He earned his degree in Building Construction at the University of Florida. Jim’s comprehensive knowledge of building and construction is a result of over 30 years experience in the industry. Jim is the Chief Estimator who oversees all jobs from bid through completion.
Chief Financial Officer
Kathy earned her degree from Florida Atlantic University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is responsible for all accounting and records management and handles all office operations.
Jason earned his degree in Business from Palm Beach Atlantic University and has been a project manager for Rapp Construction since 2003. Jason’s responsibilities include estimating, job scheduling, and sub-contract administration. Jason has a keen eye for detail and maintains the highest standard of quality control.
Steve has worked as Rapp Construction’s Chief Superintendent since 1987. Steve is a seasoned veteran having over 35 years experience supervising all phases of construction. Steve insures the projects are built right and completed on time.
